Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive items. We want you to be happy with your purchase and our brand so we give you 2 weeks to email us with any issues. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return please email vcf@sevenrocklife.com and include your order number and details as to why you need to return the product. Our team will provide a shipping label for returns and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. If the product being returned was defective in any way, Seven Rock Life will pay for the full price of return shipping. 


Additional Information:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
