Put in your tracking info you received with your order shipping confirmation. Tracking is sometimes updated or delayed due to high volume of orders. We of course will make sure this order gets to you but time frame is out of our hands since it is with carriers. We know these orders are for the holidays and we are doing our best with current delays. Thanks for being patient. We are shipping 7 Days a week from Long Island NY. Due to COVID-19 disruptions and high demand, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Processing times are longer across the board and as a small business, we are doing what we can to keep up (including working on weekends). Your order is 100% guaranteed to deliver no matter what.

Our policy lasts 10 days from the day you receive items. We want you to be happy with your purchase and our brand, so use our link below to process exchange/return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return please use Link and include your order number. Our team will provide a shipping label for returns and the cost of return shipping ($15 Shipping/Handling) will be deducted from the amount refunded.

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 10 days from receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. SRL is not responsible for covering these shipping costs & fees. 

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached.

 If the product being returned was defective in any way, Seven Rock Life will pay for the full price of return shipping. 

If you are looking for an exchange for size, customer will pay for shipping both ways to fulfill their request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
