Hey SRL Fam!

As you know, carriers have been overwhelmed by the drastic increase in online shopping this year, along with a reduction in staff due to COVID-19. Also our demand as a brand has grown so much & for that we truly appreciate it. We are working around the clock everyday to get orders out ASAP. Plus we have a Snow Storm coming in the North East in Long Island NY this week. As we send this email our team are working till midnight to get orders out today, tomorrow, Wednesday & all this week! 

We have noticed that USPS, along with a few other carriers are not consistently updating tracking information on their websites which are leading to confusion.  These tracking updates often show one scan, or no movement at all since late November/early December.  We have taken the time to look at all of our shipments on the backend and these packages are in fact moving and on their way to you despite what the USPS website might reflect.  Still, many packages are taking 7+ days to receive a scan.  After that, they start moving and delivering often without notification.

With another 13 days to go, we are confident that these will deliver before Christmas. Despite the circumstances, we want to do all that we can on our end to bring joy to you and yours this holiday season. We have extended our 25% OFF entire website till end of year for this inconvenience & we will have free exchanges till first week of January. 

We sincerely apologize for the frustration. Because we consistently strive for excellence and always want what is best for our customers, we have made recent updates to warehousing & shipping to get orders out in a quicker timeframe. Rest assured, the packages currently in transit will still arrive to you.  From here on out, we will only utilize carriers that have been delivering in a timely manner. 

We appreciate your patience and are so thankful you’ve stuck with us through this holiday season. It’s been a heck of a year so far and we are beyond grateful to have you as a loyal customer.
